Changed Pugi's might to increase by 3 when equipped by Othin

I changed Pugi's Mt to increase by 3 when equipped by Othin.

In this hack, Pugi is no longer an exclusive weapon, but as a result, there was a problem where Othin's value was very low. This change is to make it more useful for Othin to use Othin's weapons.

I used the same mechanism as Brave Lance's Might which increases by 5 when equipped by Finn.
