The unique skill "Sword Saint" has been added to Shannan. Holders of this skill will increase the activation rate of sword skills (Astra, Luna, Sol) by 20.
It has a similar effect to the "Rightful King" that was appeared in Awakening and Engage, but I made the effect stronger because the target of effect is narrower. When increasing invisible things like the activation rate, players would not feel the increase unless it increased by this much.
When he has Balmung, he has about a 60% chance of activating the Astra, which seems too strong, but as everyone knows, the Sword Saint should be able to use all the swordplay and be able to leave everything to them, so no one would complain even if he was too strong.
This skill is designed to work on Sol as well, but "Sol M" cannot be obtained when Shannan joins.
