In Chapter 18, an item receiving event will now occur at the end of chapter if Xavier was executed and even one of the lieutenants who turned into an NPC escaped.
The earlier update made that if certain conditions were met, Leif and his men would no longer have the opportunity to hear Xavier’s background, the motivation to persuade him would be lost, and Xavier never joined. In this case, the benefit of helping the lieutenants and citizens was nothing, which was unhealthy for the game, so I made it so that there was a point to helping them even in this case.
I couldn’t think of any suitable items for this case, so I’m making it temporary. The receiving item may change in the future.
This event occurs if you defeat Xavier, if Xavier dies after joining, or if Xavier does not join after a talk.
