Added the new item “Piercing Lance”

I changed the name of “Piercing Lance” to “Heavy Lance” and added “Piercing Lance” as a new item, a lance with a Pierce skill.

This change and addition was made because a weapon named "Piercing" without a Pierce skill looked weird.
