Added the unique skill "Gallop"

The unique skill "Gallop" has been added to Delmud. Holders of this skill have their movement increased by 2 if the terrain they are on before moving is a road or plain.

This effect was inspired by the game system of FE4 and the fact that Delmud, as an emissary of the Prince of Light, came to Leif's place alone. As you know, FE4 had a low movement cost (0.7) for road terrain, which allowed units to move beyond their inherent mobility. FE5 has less road terrain, so I also targeted plain terrain.

Since a movement cost of 0.7 is very hard to calculate, I used the terrain type the unit is on before the movement to make it easier to think about. It may make the operation more fun as you start to think about whether you will benefit from the terrain effect in the enemy phase or in your next own phase.

The terrain of the destination does not affect this skill. Their mobility is not increased even if the Canter occurs on a road or plain.
