The 2nd personal skill "Crest of Flames" has been added to Saias, doubling the amount of ability added when he equips the Wargod's Tome.
This skill is meant to encourage the original owner to use it, similar to the way the ability bonus is halved when the sacred weapons that are made equipable by the Elite skill. This could be written in the item description of the Wargod's Tome, but since a second personal skill slot was created, I implemented it as a skill. The icon is based on the Velthomer flag from FE4.
The value when equipped by Saias is the same as before, and when equipped by others it is half that value, so it is actually a nerf to the Wargod's Tome.
