The unique skill "Light in Dark" has been added to Julia. The holder of this skill can use Dark magic.
This effect was inspired by the fact that Julia also has Loptr blood. It does not show up on the screen in FE4, but I assume that theoretically she should have Loptous (minor) and that Naga's power suppresses it, making Loptous not apparent. Assuming that dark power can be controlled by Naga's power, it would be reasonable for Julia to be able to use dark magic.
There is little practical significance in Julia being able to use dark magic, since she can use Naga. It is a kind of flavor text that reinforces her background. This romhack has already allowed Julia to use Kia and Loptr Sword before, so this skill is an extension of them.
Using Dark magic does not increase her Light weapon level.
