Added the unique skill "Gushing Thunder" to Blume and Ishtar. They can counterattack with thunder magic even if they do not have a weapon.
For some time now, Blume and Ishtar have been able to counterattack with the thunder magic, Thor Hammer, even without a weapon. This skill display is for the purpose of explaining that specification. (Enemy units were not enhanced with the addition of this skill.)
Related to this, I removed Charm from Ishtar's personal skills and Thor Hammer's weapon skills, due to the lack of space for Ishtar's skill display.
