Chapter 4: The Dungeon [Strategy Guide]

The following is a summary of the event changes in each chapter and other points that the original players may have questions about. Chapter 4 is described here.

Strategy Guide

Fog of War (Maniac mode only)

  • In Maniac mode, the map has a Fog of War.
  • In Normal and Hard mode, it is not.

About Random Chests

  • When Arthur is placed in the cell, a Fire is added to the chest.
  • When Fergus is placed in the cell, an Iron Blade and the Baldr Scroll are added to the chest.
  • When Daisy is placed in the cell, a Lockpick and a Speed Ring are added to the chest.

Conversation with the citizen

  • Fee can talk with one of the citizens in the upper left room.
  • When Fee talks to her, Fee will receive a vulnerary.
  • There is no benefit other than a vulnerary, so there is no problem even if you do not have the talk.

Conditions for advancing to Chapter 4x

  • In order to proceed to the side quest, in addition to rescuing the citizens, Brighton must be alive.
  • If the conditions are met, you can choose to proceed or not to the side quest

About this map in Maniac mode

  • This map is darkened in Maniac mode.
  • Even in the original, the BGM of this map is Scout for Enemies, so it is thought that this map was originally intended to be a dark map. However, it must have been made brighter in the end because it was too difficult.
  • Please experience its difficulty.

Events

About Patti

  • If there is Lifis, Patty will join when you open the room.
  • If Patty is alone, she will join in when Leif talks to her.

About Dalsin

  • If you have rescued Jubel in Chapter 3, Dalsin will join when Leif or Lifis talk to him.
  • If you have rushed ahead and abandoned the village in Chapter 2, Dalsin will not join you.
  • Dalsin is a knight of the empire, and has no reason to secede if Jubel does not suffer a child hunt.
