Added the talk from Sety to Juria in Chapter 23. When you see this, Juria will appear as an NPC in Chapter 24, ignoring requirements other than her having Naga.
As you all know, of the 12 sacred weapons, Holsety and Naga are imbued with the will of the dragonkin. I included this event to explain this background and the reason why Juria's atmosphere is different and a bit scary.
And NPC Juria who appears in Chapter 24, will have Naga, which can be used infinitely, whether she had it at the end of Chapter 23 or not. But it brought a problem that the book would increase to two if you stole the book. So I added "Juria must have the book of Naga" as a requirement for Juria to appear as an NPC.
I also added a branching dialogue for when Juria's joining requirements or the requirements for her to become an NPC in Chapter 24 are not met, and she does not have Naga at the end of Chapter 23.
You can hear her prickly ironic words about why you did not return the borrowed book.
Postscript
Added branching dialogue for when Juria and Sety don't have Holsety, and when Juria has Holsety. In these cases, only the dialogue is changed; the result as an event remains unchanged.
