Added "Names" option to select the notation of unit names, etc.

Added “Names” to the hidden Options. You can now choose to be used proper nouns such as units, items, and more from 3 types: Faithful, Trad, and Modern.

Faithful

Faithful to Japanese Kana pronunciation (Continuation of previous policy). The spelling that seems closest to the Japanese Kana pronunciation is used, with reference to old official translations, latest official translations, and real people, etc.

It is also the policy to use spelling that prevents multiple interpretations of pronunciation. and not to adopt the same spelling as common nouns as possible.

Trad

Traditional spelling (old official translation). Adopts the spelling used in the book "TREASURE", "Illust Works", the image file names on the official website, etc. Words that were not translated are treated in the same way as Faithful.

Modern

Modern localized spelling (latest official translation). Adopts the names used in the English (US) versions of FEH and FEW. Words not yet translated are treated the same as Faithful.

Note

Now all terms appearing in the game are supported and can be toggled. In response to this, the language switcher at the first start of the game has been changed to set the Names option to Modern.

The setting will not be changed if you import your saved data from the previous version, so please change the setting in the Options screen if necessary.
This setting is shared among all game files.
This option will only be displayed when the language is English.
