Changed the enemy AI with Silence staff to not target Leif.

As you know, in the original, the priority for using Sleep and Berserk on Leif was set to the lowest. This process did not exist for Silence, and this hack inherited it. But this may be because Leif could not use magic or staves and did not need to account for being targeted.
It was very unnatural for Leif to speak in events when he was in Silence, so I decided to treat Silence the same way. With other units, I would have prevented them from participating in the conversation when they were in a silence state, but since the story would not progress if Leif could not speak, I had no choice but to prevent them from being a silence state.
Incidentally, Leif is not immune to status anomalies, so if an enemy has a Sleep Sword etc. and attacks him, he will sleep, but there should still be a problem with talking while sleeping (untested). Considering this, maybe I should find a way to give Leif a skill that makes him immune to status abnormalities.
