Fixed Vanilla Bugs

Fixed an issue where weapons that should not be equipped essentially were given in the arena, which was present in the original game

I added a check for the unit's weapon level to the process that determines which weapon is used in the arena. This resolves the issue of weapons of a higher rank than the unit's weapon level being assigned, which was present in the original game.

Modification of Skills

Changed so that if the unit has the Steal skill, the visibility is increased by 2 squares

Changed so that if units have the Steal skill, their visibility increases by 2 squares. This overlaps with the effect of a torch, giving a maximum visibility of 15 squares.

The 14 additional houses in Chapter 6 can now be visited

The yellow-roofed houses (14 in all) that were only shapes in Chapter 6 can now be visited. These houses will not close when you visit them and you can listen to the same information as many times as you want.
