Mode selections on game start now save immediately

When a player selects Maniac and/or Casual mode at the beginning of the game, the settings are now immediately saved, and when the game is reset and restarted, the choices are no longer presented to the player.

Option 1 at the game start
Option 2 at the game start

This change was made because it was possible for some players to start the game with different settings than they intended. Previously, the settings were not saved at the time of selection, they were only recorded when the player performed a save in-game. If the player reset the game for some reason and the same saved data was used to start from the beginning, it was necessary to select it again. However, there was a problem where players would skip events with the start button, expecting their selections to have already been saved, and the choices would be skipped as well.

Currently, the game is saved at the time a player selects each choice and hears a curious sound. Then, when they restart the game, if Maniac Mode and/or Casual Mode are already set, each choice is skipped.

The purpose of this is to save the Maniac Mode and Casual Mode selections, so if you select Hard Mode and/or Classic Mode, the choices will appear again even if you reset and start over.
