Added English mode

English mode has been added. In English mode, the story text is displayed in English.

Added the function to toggle on/off the Charge when attacking in the player phase

Added the function to toggle on/off the Charge when you attack in the player phase. Holding the R button turns off the Charge.

Added "Heal" display to the window when looking at the staff for healing in the unit's possessions menu

Added "Heal" display to the window when looking at the staff for healing in the unit's possessions menu. Shows the amount of healing when using that staff.
