Added "Heal" display to the window when looking at the staff for healing in the unit's possessions menu. Shows the amount of healing when using that staff.

Added the growth rate display

Added a feature that allows you to see the growth rate on the stats screen of each unit.

Added the support effects display

Added a feature to each unit's stats screen that allows you to see the support effects they receive and the support effects they give to others.
