Added the function to unmerge for the Take processing in the depository

I have added the function that allows you to unmerge items that have been merged beyond their limit. When that item is taken out, the unit receives one quantity of the item and the quantity in the depository decreases by one. This only applies to rings, proofs and weapon manuals.

The church in Chapter 15 will no longer allow you to complete the chapter until you defeat Zail

If you visit the church in Chapter 15 on the first turn and complete the chapter, the priest will thank you, but nothing will actually be resolved. This should lead to the village being destroyed afterward. With this change, you will no longer be able to complete the chapter by visiting the church until you can claim to have protected the village.
